A holiday home set in the Venetian countryside, within a working farm about 12 km from Caorle and 23 km from Lido di Jesolo. Apartments with a private fenced garden, ideal for those seeking relaxation and for cycling lovers along the local bike paths. Venice is reachable by train from the nearby station.

Brussa Horse Oasi
An oasis between land and sea, 2 km from the wild beach of Brussa. Rooms renovated in 2022, pet-friendly, with a stable and paddock for horses. Part of a network with AgriBirrificio B2O and the Doppiolitro tavern, very close to the river, the sea and woodland with fallow deer, roe deer and hundreds of bird species.
Why a farm stay?
Our countryside is the flip side of the Caorle beach: silence, slow rhythms, stretches of vineyards and canals, wide skies. Sleeping in a local farm stay means being able to set out in the morning along a bike path, visit the lagoon by boat in the afternoon with one of our excursions, and return in the evening to a private garden where you can dine outdoors.
Each of the three properties we offer has its own identity. Ca' degli Aironi is our home, in Torre di Mosto, designed for those seeking independence and a quiet base just a few kilometres from the sea. Sincielli is an apartment for those who want the real countryside, with a private garden and the feel of a working farm. Brussa Horse Oasi is a broader experience — pet-friendly, with a stable, paddock and a network of neighbours who are among our favourite restaurants and breweries in the area.
They pair well with a lagoon excursion or a day on the Litoranea Veneta: it's our favourite way to introduce Eastern Veneto to visitors from elsewhere.
